What we offer:

Wedding Package

    • Use of the Main Hangar and the Main Hangar grounds (concrete apron and grassed area at entranceway)

    • Use of the venue from 2pm on the day prior to the wedding reception until 11am on the day after the wedding reception

    • Supporting you to plan the reception layout

    • Water glasses + water bottles provided

    • Fairy lights, fairy light back drop and organza canopy

    • Toilet amenities (toilet paper, soap & hand towels)

    • Wooden bar + mobile stage (for band or bridal table)

    • 6 large wooden outdoor screens

    • Staff members (number dependent on number of guests and nature of event)

    • One free change of date (must be within 12 months of the original event date and must be changed at least 3 months ahead of the event date)

    • Decorations (to be set up by hirer) - please note that the use of confetti and glitter is not permitted without prior approval by Main Hangar

    • Glassware (only water glasses are provided by Main Hangar)

      At the end of Hire:

    • All decorations, glass wear and items left by hirer / hirer’s guests are picked up by 11am on the day after the wedding reception

Event Package

    • 24-hour hire period (11am on the day of the event until 11am on the day after the event)

    • Water glasses + water bottles provided

    • Fairy lights, fairy light back drop and organza canopy

    • Toilet amenities (toilet paper, soap & hand towels)

    • Wooden bar + mobile stage  

    • 6 large wooden outdoor screens

    • At least one staff member (number dependent on number of guests and nature of event) 

    • Set up of, and decorations for, event – please note that the use of confetti and glitter is not permitted without prior approval by Main Hangar

    • Glassware (only water glasses are provided by Main Hangar)

    • Pack down and tidy-up of rubbish, recycling into designated areas

    • All decorations, glassware and items left by hirer / hirer’s guests are picked up by 11am on the day after the event
